Each video required scripting, voice-over, motion graphics, review cycles, and finally manual upload to the client's LMS or CRM. Even with an external studio, a single batch of 500 videos cost ₹12L and took almost a month, leaving campaigns stale and untracked. Kansoft wanted to deliver the same volume within hours, complete with analytics, while also embedding AI agents that remove repetitive ticket triage, SOP checks, and travel expense approvals across its service portfolio.
