The AI Operating System for the cement industry.
One system schedules every task, reads your production, fuel and lab data, tracks GEI against the CCTS target all year, and chases every gap-closure action and maintenance finding to verified closure, with your engineers deciding, not chasing.
Emission intensity · FY 2026-27
0.712tCO₂ / t cement
Data packs collecting themselves — production, fuel, lab, power.
A cement plant doesn't miss its GEI target in March. It misses it all year, invisibly.
Every obligated plant carries a CCTS emission-intensity target — but the data that proves it sits in silos, and the actions that close the gap cross three departments.
The compliance year, as it runs today
The gap opens in month one. Nobody sees it until month seven.
Log & file
Data captured in silos, per department.
Compile & reconcile
Quarterly Excel that never quite adds up.
Compute & discover
GEI finally computed — months into the drift.
Act & chase
Trials and pushes crawl across departments.
Scramble & buy
Evidence rebuilt by hand, credits at market price.
One GEI figure, six silos
Tracked by hand, all year
Log & file — Data captured in silos, per department.
Watch a GEI drift get caught in month two.
The loop that today ends in a year-end scramble, run by the system: the data collects itself, the gate fires the moment the trajectory drifts, the actions are chased daily, and a stalled approval escalates before the quarter is lost.

Production → Process → Management → Compliance
The monthly data pack collects itself
Production, fuel, AFR, power and lab data land as dated tasks with named owners — the CCTS data calendar, running without anyone maintaining it.
One drift caught ten months early, one escalation, zero year-end scramble — and the audit trail wrote itself.
One governed loop, from plant data to compliance.
AI schedules, reads, computes, chases and escalates. Your people make every decision that costs money.
Task Schedule
The maintenance and CCTS data calendars become dated tasks with named owners, sent to WhatsApp.
Extraction
DCS exports, fuel invoices and lab reports read automatically — every value keeps its source.
GEI gate
GEI computed monthly. The moment it drifts, a gate fires and writes the gap-closure plan.
Follow-up
Every action chased daily and risk-scored. Stalls climb the ladder before the quarter is lost.
Approvals
Capex, credits and process changes always stop at a named person. AI routes; it never approves.
Close-out
Because every number kept its source, the verifier dossier assembles itself at year end.
One system, three surfaces.
Everyone works on the same engine, but each person sees only the view that answers their question — the operator's phone, the team lead's board, and leadership's live GEI position.

One engine underneath
Compliance stops being a scramble. It becomes a by-product.
Nobody fills in a carbon dashboard. Because every task, data point and approval runs through the system, the GEI position and its evidence assemble themselves — and three chronic failure modes disappear.

The same 9OS engine already runs a SAP-integrated plant
Read the case studyA SAP-integrated manufacturer runs its whole quoting workflow on this core: turnaround 92% faster, ₹15L/month saved, 585% first-year ROI. The cement configuration runs the same engine — workflows, gates and agents — over your CCTS compliance and technical-services loop.
How it works under the hood.
Four agents, each with one job, over a gate engine. And because Workflow → Stage → Gate → Task is configuration, not code, a new loop is a config change, not a rebuild.
Document Intelligence reads the paperwork
DCS exports, fuel and AFR invoices, lab quality reports and meeting minutes parsed as they land. Every clinker factor, TSR and heat-rate figure is extracted with a pointer to its source, nothing re-typed, nothing invented.
Scheduler turns plans into tasks
The maintenance calendar, the CCTS data calendar, gate outcomes and meeting actions decompose into dated tasks with owners and dependencies.
Project Manager & Escalation keep it moving
Daily priorities set, gap-closure actions and repairs chased, every task risk-scored continuously. Exceptions route up the ladder automatically.
Your plant systems stay in charge
DCS historians, LIMS, weighbridge and ERP are read, not replaced. 9OS computes GEI and runs the loop across them; your systems of record and your control room are untouched.
Built for a plant, not just an office.
An operating layer inside a cement plant is held to a different standard. The system is self-hosted, fenced off from plant controls, and every decision that matters stays human.
Never touches plant controls
A visibility and coordination layer only. It never connects to the DCS, PLCs or any safety system: it coordinates people, tasks and records, not the kiln.
Self-hosted, in-country
Deploys inside your own environment or private cloud, built to your cyber-security and data-residency requirements. Production data, costs and your carbon position never leave your servers.
Humans hold the pen
Credit purchases, capex and process changes always stop at a named person; AI never approves spend or change. Every AI action is logged and explainable, the same audit trail your verifier reads.
We deploy it on your floor and own the outcome.
We don't drop software and leave. A forward-deployed engineer learns how your business actually runs, deploys the system on your real work, and drives it into the team, shipping working AI every month.
Onboarding Audit
Context & PlanningA forward-deployed engineer maps people, process and data across your plant, finds the one loop worth automating first — the CCTS data-to-GEI loop or maintenance-finding-to-closure — and sizes the value. You keep the playbook either way.

The questions every plant head asks first.
The Carbon Credit Trading Scheme is India's compliance carbon market, administered under the Bureau of Energy Efficiency. Cement is an obligated sector: each plant carries a greenhouse-gas emission intensity (GEI) target in tCO₂e per tonne of cement. Beat the target and you earn carbon credit certificates; miss it and you must buy certificates or face penalties. The scheme runs on verified data — which is exactly what the system maintains all year, as a by-product of doing the work.
